Return and Exchange Process
Precautions
1. Change the size or replace the product due to defects
If you have any concerns about the size of the product, we will be happy to help you make a suitable choice and allow you to exchange it, and the shipping cost will be paid by the sender (both parties pay for it).
If the product is defective due to our staff's negligence in pre-shipment inspection, we will immediately send you a new one and we will pay the shipping costs for the exchange on both sides.
2. Make up the difference and replace
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can choose to exchange the goods by paying the difference. The return shipping fee will be paid by the sender (both parties pay for it) , and the payment method for the difference will also be specified as a transfer transaction.

4. Cash on Delivery - Refund
If the payment method chosen by the buyer is cash on delivery , we will transfer the product amount (excluding shipping costs) to you within 7 days after receiving the goods. The buyer is required to provide a payment account.
5. Online Payment-Refund
If the payment method chosen by the buyer is credit card/LINE PAY/Jiekou Payment , we will refund the product amount (excluding shipping costs) to your credit card within 5-7 days.
6. Other
*If the returned item is due to our fault, we will pay for the shipping cost
For example: the product is obviously not the same as the photo, or the product is defective, otherwise the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
*Buyers must provide us with the shipping tracking number. If the tracking number is not provided, the loss of the product will be deemed as a failed return.
