Before all our products are shipped, we strictly require our personnel to inspect the products for 1-5 minutes. The products must be ironed and there must be no defects. If you receive the product and appreciate it, you can decide to exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product . However, please be sure to return the item to us in its entirety before it can be exchanged.

There are three types of exchange services we provide:

1. Change the size or replace the defective product 2. Make up the difference and replace it. Replace it with the same amount

• 1. Change the size or replace the defective product
  If you have concerns about the size of an item, we will be happy to assist you in making an appropriate selection and exchange.
  If the product itself is defective due to the negligence of our staff during pre-shipment inspection, we will immediately send a new product to you and we will pay the shipping costs for the exchange between both parties.
  
  
• 2. Make up the difference and replace it
  If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can choose to replace the product by paying the price difference. The return shipping fee will be paid by both parties. The payment method for making up the difference will also be designated as a transfer transaction.
  
  
• See.Replacement with the same amount
  If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, you can choose a product of the same price, and the return shipping cost will be paid by both parties.
