Before all our products are shipped, we strictly require our personnel to inspect the products, make sure that the products are ironed and there are no defects. If you receive the products and appreciate them, you can decide to return them within 7 days after receiving the goods , but please be sure to The item is returned to us intact.

The following is our return process


1. Contact us to inform us about the return (FB /IG /CHAT BOX/ LINE, all are acceptable) >

2. Send the goods to the designated 7-Eleven and provide the logistics tracking number>

3. If we receive the returned goods and inspect them correctly , we will issue a refund.



Notes on refunds


A. The payment method selected by the buyer is cash on delivery . We will transfer the amount of the product (excluding shipping costs) to you within 2 days and require the buyer to provide a payment account.

B. The payment method chosen by the buyer for purchase is credit card , and we will refund the product amount (excluding shipping costs) to your credit card within 5-7 days .

C. The payment method chosen by the buyer for purchase is ATM transfer . We will transfer the amount of the product (excluding shipping costs) to you on the 2nd and ask the buyer to provide a payment account.

*Unless the refunded item is due to our error, we will pay the shipping cost


For example: the product and photos are obviously false and the product is defective, otherwise the return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.

*The buyer must provide us with the shipping tracking number . If the tracking number is not provided, the product will be lost and the return will be deemed a failure.
